How to add more than one ad in the site sidebar?

I wanted to put several banners from different advertisers in the site sidebar vertically, one upon the other. But when I'm using Advertisement tool, I can get only one at a time visible to that place, even I would have more of them activated.

What am I missing here, or can there only be one ad in each place? Any kind of a detour to get more of them visible easily?

you can add both codes in same sidebar advert

additionally you can create a custom block with html code and can place it

Thanks but I'm not using codes, but old school link + uploaded picture method and I cannot see room for more than one banner like that.

Like he said, just create some custom blocks and add those.

Thank you very much for the info. I'll look for someone to do this for us, as we do not have either time or knowledge to do it by ourselves
