No package in the dropdown for support tickets

HI,

I am trying to open a support ticket but it won't go through, says I haven't selected the package, since there isn't a package to select that's a puzzle I can't solve.

The forum has malware, needs to be updated but I am running into a seeming brickwall to get that resolved. I even sent some tweets, no replies.

Strange .. should be a package in the drop down menu (which appears after you select which 'Department' from drop down menu ... e.g. General Support, Customer Service)

Perhaps the support expired?

HI,

How then do we go about getting this fixed? Our forums have malware on them (the shorturl redirect stuff) and since I can't contact them..... I also sent tweets directly to their twitter, and that isn't replied to either. Becky is the site owner, so I've logged in via her credentials to post here, so that the billing dept can look up the account.

The credit card information has been updated too. Ideas / phone numbers welcome!

Send in an email to accounts@invisionpower.com with your name, email address etc and they will be happy to help.

Note however, they may reply requiring additional information to verify your identity that you own the license etc. :)

HI,

Just got through purchasing Premium Support package. Pending is what the page says. Also renewed the licenses, thanks to forum members who suggested checking that.
