July 15, 201311 yr Hello, Files in the Marketplace can only be downloaded by Clients. Which pack was it ? , I explained to another prospective client a few days ago about one of those lang packs >here :) I tested >this pack and the front end appears completely translated but the ACP was not.
July 15, 201311 yr Author >This pack , when i click download, got this message: "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" Please let me download it. thank you
July 15, 201311 yr As was mentioned, you can only download if you are a Customer. The account you've posted with is not a Customer account, but rather a "Visitor" (non-customer) account. Login with the email address and password used to purchase the software, and you should be able to download. (Note: a Demo is not a "Customer" account.)
July 15, 201311 yr I think he'd like to see the language pack working in his demo before committing to a purchase. I can understand that.

July 15, 201311 yr If IPS allowed files to be downloaded by non-customers just to "check how they work", then the owners of nulled boards would also do the same. Screenshots is enough.

July 15, 201311 yr Author am back again. Now i'm Client, and still give me "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" any ideas ?
July 15, 201311 yr You are still showing as a visitor and not a customer. If you purchased a license or hosting by IPS, log out and back in again.
July 15, 201311 yr Glad to see that got sorted out. You're showing as a customer now, and should be able to download.
