I was very impressed withe the Auto Upgrader when I updated my board to 3.4.1 but the button has disappeared from my client area this time.

Is it supposed to be there because the instructions in the post re Content and Chat indicate that is is "easy" to click the button? Well it would be if it was there LOL

It's 'supposed' to be in the purchases tab... Click on the package you want to upgrade...

The button is back but IP.Chat isn't one of the offered choices. Do I have to open a ticket to upgrade that? I was trying to not bother Tech Support.

IP.Chat should be showing - make sure it's active under the "Manage Community" tab :)

So, it looks as if I'll have to bother tech support which is what I was trying to avoid :)

Looks like there may be bug related to hosted accounts and IP.Chat upgrades..

I know you're trying not to bug them, but you might submit a ticket and let them know about it... You're paying for support, though... So you're not bugging them. :-P
