People run software other than Invision on their websites, did that not occur to you?

Yes, that did occur to me, and you can use PHP 8.3 for Invision and PHP 8.4 for other software's on your server.

You can have multiple php versions installed, it just requires configuration.

Quite rude of you to insinuate this is my fault.

It's not rude, it is really your fault, not Invision fault.

Invision Power Suite 5.0 clearly states that it supports 8.3 as max version, and you decided to use 8.4.

We've released a small patch to address an issue with editing Pages fields. If it applies to you (you've upgraded/install 5.0.19 before now), you'll see patch is available from the support page in you

We've been running Invision Community 5.0 on PHP 8.4 without any issues. I know it is not supported, so try at you own risk. But just saying it is possible. happy

I'm looking forward for official PHP 8.5 support.
