  • Based on the screenshot you posted above your admin folder is renamed house. You won't get past that error unless you rename the admin folder to the same house name before uploading it.   Or

  • Also when I upgrade to PHP8 the site will not work and I have to downgrade to PHP 7.4 even though the upgrade tool says I need to have PHP8 or higher..

  • You are running a rather old release so PHP 8 will not work on your current site, you will need to do the following: Change to PHP 8.1 or 8.0 (preferably 8.1) Check that PHP 8 includes

You were able to access earlier though so I don't understand what has changed there

Not really something I can comment on. I would advise checking it yourself. I am getting a credentials issue currently.

all Ive done this evening is delete the contents of the House folder and upload the contents of the new Admin folder to it - then tried resumming the upgrader

I've just refreshed FileZilla and access is ok

pls try now it may have time locked on the host

Thank you, I have access again.

The admin directory looks correct now. It is worth mentioning that you have .user.ini in your forum folder which had display_errors set to 0 but error_reporting was not set to report all errors. I have done that now. The issue is:

Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\membermap\Markers\_Markers::contentImages($limit = null) must be compatible with IPS\Content\_Item::contentImages($limit = null, $ignorePermissions = false)

You will need to remove that application as it is not compatible.

I would also suggest looking at our Cloud hosting or at minimum a new host as your hosting provider should have been able to inform you about the .user.ini not reporting all errors.

You'd need to contact your hosting provider for assistance on the access denied as that is not coming from the software. I was not able to reproduce that though in running the upgrader.
