Is creating a ticket by sending an email?

I've also noticed my site (as well as this site) going through some very slow periods today. It's frustrating that this seems to be a regular occurence with Invision Community cloud service. 😞

You can send an email or go to Client Area -> My Purchases -> click your Cloud package -> Support -> Submit Ticket.

I found that your site is also down at the same time. Will Client Area be accessible during downtime?

CiC went down last night and also today morning and your ic.com site was down too at the same times.

Looks like email is the option in these situations.
