Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Thursday at 04:02 PM
LADR Posted August 15 Posted August 15 Hi, I've just install a new community and import data from WordPress. It seems that all topics forum and article are here, but there is no "stat" about it. There is a "No posts here yet", but when i click on it, of course there are. There is also a wrong count of the total replies. Is there a trick to recalculate all these stuff after an import ? I've check tasks, but I didn't find something usefull
Solution Marc Posted August 15 Solution Posted August 15 Have the background tasks within your admin CP completed? You can see these on the dashboard
LADR Posted August 15 Author Posted August 15 I search for that and I didn't think to look at the dashboard page ... Some task are still in progress. Thanks for quick reply.
LADR Posted August 24 Author Posted August 24 Another question, I have remove all items and make a new import. After background task was done, only 1 forum has been updated (= nb of messages, last_poster, etc). where can I run these tasks manually ?
Jim M Posted August 25 Posted August 25 You can find the background task queue in ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> add Background Processes to your Dashboard -> scroll down to "Run tasks manually" SeNioR- 1
LADR Posted August 25 Author Posted August 25 Thanks @Jim M, sorry I was not clear on my question. How to start a new task for a complete recount ? As you can see, a lot of forum does not have info (nb messages, last poster, etc) :
Jim M Posted August 25 Posted August 25 These would only operate when you do an import by the system. There would not be a need to otherwise.
