I have members who have created loads of duplicate galleries, when I select them for deletion I'm not getting the proper menu that pops up at the bottom of the screen, I just get this ?

Could contain: Computer Hardware, Electronics, Hardware, Monitor, Screen, Text

Would recommend switching to an unmodified theme and disabling any third party applications/plugins.

Tried that and still have the same problem

I tried using my Administrator account which has full access plus my own account which also has full access

I understand what you are saying there, however, I need to know the name or at least id of one of those accounts

'Administrator' is the name of one of the accounts

the issue only seems to happen when you go to members content and then albums, the albums are listed with a check box next to it but the menu at the bottom has no options

I have to admit to being confused as to where you are looking here, as there are no checkboxes on the album section of members profiles

members profile / see activity / select albums on left hand menu

profile/2-member name/content/?type=gallery_album_item&change_section=1

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
