How can a user export all of his blog entries?

Allow RSS exports in settings is activated.

There is no way in which to export all a users blog entries at the present time. RSS feed however can be seen in the bottom left of the site when viewing the blog

You would need to post this up within our suggestions area if you wish to see something like this in the future. However it would be best for something like zapier to export elsewhere or an RSS reader to read them into elsewhere to be honest

It is about ownership of data. Some blogs in my community are quite personal (a kind of diary) and many of the users are no tech experts and would prefer a simple solution to take their content with them, if they decide to leave one day.
