Hi, I'm trying to add send grid to my board.

I have open the account in send grid, created the API KEY, gave the API KEY full access.

copy the API and try to add it the the board API

I receive "2C339/1 The API Key you supplied appears to be incorrect. Please check your API Key and try again."

in the send grid, my server IP have been added and write on its IP method - API KEY

You would need to contact sendgrid if you are getting that message showing, as that message is coming back from them

the "all permission" are to high, i gave it full access and not enterprise access and now it works.

Is there any documentation how to connect correctly with SendGrind ? I added the API Key but it's not working - so I guess there is more to be done....

That is essentially all that would be documented. What issue are you having?

I followed the link where you can ask for the API key - and I added that API key, then switched to the SendGrid gateway. The test email does not arrive - as other email functions are then not working. So I guess there is something missing 🙂

If it sent successfully from the software but did not arrive, that is an email delivery issue so you would need to contact SendGrid to ensure it sent and was not caught somewhere in that change or rejected.
