I have an issue with my forum where it is prohibiting me to type anywhere I should.

I don't know how to resolve this and I hop someone here will.

System > Support > Something isn't working. That should clear the cache, I had something like this before. Have you just upgraded or installed any plugins/apps?

Clear your browser's cache as well.  

Deactivate any apps or plugins.

Send in a support ticket.

This. Anytime I have a problem with the editor if I do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) it forces a redownload of the resources it's likely missing.
