Hi, 

How do I see all the pages on my site?

For example. I know that there is a guidelines page, as it was previoulys in a menu the I removed, how do I find this?  (without just typing in the address that I guess its at)

Also how do I find any others that might be lurking but i don't know about

ACP > Pages > Pages. That will show you all of them, although some might be within folders, in which case click the relevant caret to open it.

ACP -> System -> Menu Manager will all you to add back in System pages like Guidelines.
