Posted April 26, 201311 yr I have been a customer for many years with multiple licenses and I must say they have top notch support. Sometimes my tickets get answered within minutes!!! They go easy on Tech Dumb people like me :) Thanks Larry for all your help, you guys rule.
April 26, 201311 yr Have to admit I had a pretty annoying error in the ip.nexus which actually ended up begin a Tier 3 issue (I think?) and for me to check my emails to find they have applied a patch already on my forums for me was amazing! So yes, top notch team! ;)

April 26, 201311 yr Thumbs up to IPS Support! I am a newbie and had a couple issues from a 3rd party conversion. IPS just goes in, fixes the issue, and tells me what caused it. And the next time something similar happened I was able to address it myself even faster.
