Posted February 23, 201311 yr I didn't know what forum to post this in, so here you go. Our site has been DDoSed and hasn't been up since at least 12 hrs. Honestly, we don't know what to do.. :/ Please respond. The url is: www.alphamodding.com. It's given me the same error every time I try. "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data."
February 23, 201311 yr Moved, as 'Community Admin Tips' was not a suitable location. You're showing as being in the 'visitor' group. Please logout and log back in again using the same email / password combination you used to purchase the software. Then you'll be able to submit a ticket in the Client Centre for initial assistance if your support is up to date. It may be something you'd have to speak to your host about however.

February 23, 201311 yr As it's told before, support is only offered to clients who bought the board. Your host is the company where you host your website.
February 23, 201311 yr Sorry to hear about your problems. Getting screwed with ddos is not fun at all. I`ve been ddossed about 11 months ago and couldn`t found a solution only to move my site in other place. Been attacked totally 7 days. I suggest you start reading : http://www.webhostingtalk.com/
