Per ticket 828175 and also ticket 828079 I acknowledge your standard disclaimer and would like xxxx.com and xxxx.com both upgraded to the latest version of everything. Thank you

November 27, 201212 yr Hello, Please try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to submit a ticket again. We did upgrade invisionpower.com today to our latest software releases, however I am able to submit tickets presently without any issue. I suspect you need to clear your cache in order for the editor javascript to update in your browser.

November 27, 201212 yr As a follow up to ticket # [SR828706-byK] - putting it here since I can't reply in the ticket - The issue is my databases are not accepting new entries. Not sure what IP.SEO has to do with it? Was that reply meant for someone else's ticket?
