Our announcement has information on what's new in 3.3.3. It's mostly bug fixes of course as it's a maintenance release.

Definetely yes. Although, I'd suggest upgrading to 3.3.2 as it seems (looking at the tracker) 3.3.3 has some bugs to deal with.

I'm asking bigger upgrade 3.2.3 to 3.3.3
