Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted March 23, 201212 yr Maybe I missed a memo but what happened to being able to generate a list of fixed issues for a product/version?
March 23, 201212 yr Permissions are periodically getting reset. We are working on getting the issue resolved, but it has taken a lower priority with the recent product releases, which we are devoting our attention to at present. :)
March 23, 201212 yr Author Ah okay. Wasn't sure if maybe it was being deliberately disabled or something. With 330 released, yeah, that's definitely more important right now. Thanks. :)
March 29, 201212 yr Author Is Alex messing around with the Tracker? I just went to take a look to bring up a list of issues with 330 (all and fixed) to get an idea of how stable 330 is and guestimate how soon 331 might be available and discovered that statuses as well as versions are missing. Even looking in an issue that was fixed, the update saying it was fixed is -poof- gone.
March 30, 201212 yr Author Yes, damn it. I was referring to Calvin & Hobbes (ie, Alex Hobbs), not to you. :P
March 30, 201212 yr I know, damn. But I am angry with Tracker too, cannot see how many bugs were fixed, weren't fixed, cannot generate list of fixed bugs, cannot see from tracker view which my reported bugs were marked as fixed. Damn it!
March 30, 201212 yr I was very surprised too, and disappointed to say the least. I thought it was intentional, but then it didn't make any sense. Why would the developers want to shut out members from being able to check which reports were filed/fixed/confirmed/etc, since it is the members who report the bugs in the first place.
March 30, 201212 yr The tracker permissions are most likely not intentional. We've been working on some permission changes recently and they probably just got reset accidentally. We'll look in the next few days.
