March 20, 201212 yr I've tried the reset password link numerous times over the past 2 days but haven't received any emails. I sent an email to accounts yesterday but am yet to hear back - can any staff offer insight into how long it may take since I'm pretty keen to get started with the 3.3.x upgrades. I'm only able to access these forums since I have a saved session with cookies. If I log out, I won't be able to sign back in. Thanks.
March 21, 201212 yr Just as something to try ... check your email address in your profile is correct and click save whether you altered it or not. Then retry the lost password link again.
March 21, 201212 yr Thanks tAPir, but whenever I click the Email & Password tab, it takes me to the client area login page. I've used the same email address for quite some time with this forum, so I'm aware what one is being used. I checked the other emails (including junk folders) for safety measures, but there were no emails there either.

March 21, 201212 yr I'm having problems with my login too now. I was having fits thinking it was just me. So in a way seeing this thread makes me feel a tiny bit at ease knowing it's not something I did wrong. Unfortunately with that said, Not being able to log in is killing me.
March 21, 201212 yr Password was reset by Matt and it's now working fine. :) dexterlablab1, try using the "forgot password" feature and see if that works. Seems like that solution worked for a few people (as long as the email arrives).
