I could be wrong, but I do not see away to arrange pinned posts...why can we not move
them around in order like we can with categories?

Re-arranging the pinned messages is not, at current, a feature. However, you could simply bump or edit the topic to change the order.

I would like to see this too, I have wanted to arrange pinned posts like how I want them but even if I do edit them/bump them, if I go in and edit one later one with a true edit then I gotta redo the ordering again. Would be nice to see this feature :D.

I know this is an old topic, but has this been implemented yet, or are there plans? I've seen countless postings with this request. Including mine. :)

You can't. It's ordered by last post date.
