A "select all" for topics as shown in the screenshot. I think Matt said this WOULD be in but just in case I'm suggesting it here.

I believe there are being no more feature requests being considered, all you can hope for is that Matt has already added it.

I figured this was something that would have been included in IPB 2.0, when inline moderation was first announced. vB 3.5 has this, so why can't 2.1?

Last I knew Matt's done adding features into 2.1, he may add it in 2.2 (?) or he could add it in 3.0 if he doesn't fit it in sometime before then...
