How can i unblock a users email address

I have a similar situation to the following topic linked below, where a member's email address has been blocked.

I can confirm the email address is valid, as he can send/receive from other email accounts of mine.

I can't see in his activity panel that he's unsubscribed from any forum services.

The problem arose because he wishes to change his forum password, but cannot receive the admin emails.

I've checked ( with him by phone) that he's not blocked forum emails in his email account

I can only guess its been blocked by the forum software, but I can't see a way of unblocking it, Can you advise please ?

Please submit a ticket for infrastructure specific issues such as our cloud network or invision email

You would create a ticket in Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your Cloud package -> Support
