Posted Sunday at 05:36 PM3 days Hello. I can't delete the stock of members awaiting validation. I have 74 pages of members awaiting validation, that I don't want to validate. I want to delete this stock. In "Login & Registration", then "Registration", I have "Delete unvalidated members" set to delete after X days. But for years, it has done nothing to my stock of members awaiting validation. How do I delete this stock from the database please? Thanks in advance for your help 🙂
Sunday at 05:38 PM3 days If they are awaiting manual administrator approval then they will not automatically delete. That feature is only for members awaiting email validation.
Sunday at 06:55 PM3 days Author Yes, manual administrator validation is required. But it is necessary to be able to delete in number the registrations that we do not wish to validate. In a small forum, this can be dozens per day. On the validation page, there is no checkbox to select all the members waiting for the page, and have a function to delete all of them. It is incomprehensible. And the "Delete unvalidated members" function should also work in case of manual validation, in any case, the administrator should be able to choose to use this tool or not. So, please, how to delete all the stock of members waiting for validation. Thanks in advance :).
Sunday at 10:34 PM3 days You would utilize the bulk purge tool. Go into advanced search in ACP > Members > click the cog wheel > enter a search to bring up users you want to purge (this can be a date range of join time) > search > click validating > in the blue bar click purge results found. Be sure to take a back up prior to performing.
