Posted December 27, 2024Dec 27 Hello, I have self hosted Version 4.7.17. When I try to upgrade the forum via the ACP SFTP service, I get this error: A connection to the host could not be established. Check the host and port provided are correct. I am using port 22 and entering the correct server IP/password and path, My provider said that the SFTP service is up and running. Any idea? December 27, 2024Dec 27 I'd advise checking with your hosting provider to ensure that all information which you're using is correct. This error would indicate that this information is not correct or there is something blocking the software from connecting.
