Posted November 10, 2024Nov 10 I got a message from the system that a task is not running. It is saying I ran the dignosis in the support section - then it asked to install a patch which I did, I clear the cache but I still have this message und the support section is showing no problems. I don't know if this has something to do with this but the email system currently also does not work. Several test mails which I sent did not arrive till now. Thanks for the help in forward.

I wanted to change the email configuration there but did not get a testmail while mails sent by other standard opperations on the website are working. That's a bit confusing... It has no bearing on any other error. If the email sent but you did not receive it, you will want to contact your email provider as the issue is with them, not the software.
