I'm using the invision community server to sent email, but today can't sent out the email error log showing ""You have exceeded your messaging limits"

 

I change sent out quantity from 1200+ to 2 people also cannot 

Ive created a ticket for you on this, so we can look further into it

hi I've reply the ticket but until today I still no get any update it urgent 

If it’s with the advanced support team, typically I would not expect a response until Monday as they are not on weekends.
