There used to be a Required column on Profile Fields but don't see it rendered in the ACP now.

One of the Profile Fields on my site is marked as required but while editing the field in ACP, the Required column is missing.

Please advise...

 

So "required" can be set of you dont have quick registration switched on, and use the full registration form, without profile completion. If you have profile completion switched on, you would set a profile completion step as being required instead
