Option to disable "Your Registration is Complete!" emails

I think this successful registration email is not always necessary so it should be optional.

We use invision as a community addon to our wordpress membership site via SSO. We already have more sophisticated welcome emails and the ones from Invision are unnecessary.

We could expand this to enable or disable any automatic emails the community sends out.
