How to set up "Read Own Topic" in a topic where you can't see others topic

Heyo,

I'm trying to setup my forums with applications with categories, where the applicant that applied can see their own top/application with the "New Application" category but they can't see the other applicants applications. But not sure how to set this up.

When ending the forum in the ACP, disable the
