Wondering how I can change my domain, im currently using the cloud hosted services.

Can go to the Client Area > Manage Purchases > click your Cloud package > can click change domain. This will submit a ticket to us to further setup your domain.

I can instead submit a ticket on your behalf to get the process going if you would like?

Looking in our ticket system, it looks like you have already submitted your domain change request. A support representative will be with you as soon as they can. Please note that on weekends, we are lower staffed so it may take some time to receive a response.

Oh then it did work. I apologize, it was saying an error when I went to request it originally.

Why cant Invision just let us change it ourselves?

There is internal configuration and checks that need to happen for these. Its not something that takes long for us to do though. In fact yours was just done.
