More Editor options please

Could you add some options to the Editor class to allow us to override which version of the editor should be used and to disable the upload facility please.  When creating an instance of the editor on a form it would have been nice to be able to specify options like:

'editor' => array( 'layout' => 'phone', 'attachIds' => array( false ) ) etc

This is already an option.

Acp>members>groups>groeps settings>content> Can upload attachments?

Turn it off.

Thanks, but that's not quite what I'm after.  I want to affect a particular instance of the editor for all groups rather than all editors for a particular group.
