IPB 4.0 - Forum Rules

I'm currently building a large game site with alot of game forums, each game will have its own forum and each forum will have its own set of "forum rules" - will the forum rules feature be in 4.0 (before I waste my time lol)?

You can always used IP.Content to create your forum rules and simply link to it in your board header or footer. :p
