Bug? Need to be able to search This Forum when on a topic

When you're on a topic, Search does not offer the choice to search the current forum. You can search in all forums, but not the current forum.

This does not make sense. Is it a bug?

Search This Forum needs to be reinstated in the Search function when you're on a topic.

"This Forum" was an option on 3.2 or 3.3, iirc.
