As part of the modern design for 4.0, please consider including a chart SDK where programmers can output data based on their custom applications (especially in IP.Content where user inputted database fields are computed into a formula and outputted as graphs to customers).

I am certain this will be refactored like every other kernel for 4.0.

For standardization purposes, I am uncertain as to third-party graph API inclusion, but I know nothing of the plans here. :)
