Why not make available a third option for tags mixing Open and Close tags System?

It would make the forum experience much better for some communities.

It would be great if in the IPS 4.0 there was an option for use both tagging system at the same time and offering an Ajax option of the most used tags by the system members.

Please, consider this option for a better content tagging in the Forums and other softwares of the IPS.

Not saying I like OP's idea, but I would like a blog entry about tagging changes.
