Hello everybody, quick question, earlier today I was part of the members group. However after a thread created by Marcher, I am now part the visitors group? My question being, why was my group changed... :hmm:

You were a hosted customer, but in 2010 you canceled. At that time you should have been placed back in the Visitor Group. That was an error on our end which was corrected, and you are now back in the correct Group.

You would become a Customer again if you purchased another Hosting package, or a license for IP.Board (active or expired).

Look at it this way you got a 2 year free ride by an accounting mistake... You just helped them fix it.
