I think nice is that i can set by group how many lines in signature, allowing images, links, but i can't find and option to turn off bbcode (possibilites to change font, font size, font color). Some of my users are noughty and do some faeces signatures that are not good looking :)

I just suggest this as additional option per groups in next releases

One example why this would be useful is spammers. If we can't restrict new users from using signatures, then spammers will abuse that. Signatures should be turned off for low ranking member groups.

Similarly: I may want to allow only my paying users to use signatures.

I want premium users to have for example colors, font changes, but others should have normal gray, hardly visible - thats dont disturb then reading posts

seems noone have such problems and hook will need to be made:-P

You can restrict all or specific bbcodes from being used in signatures by editing the bbcodes on the BBCode Management page in the Admin CP and changing the values in the "Where can the BBCode be used?" setting.

yeas you are right. thank you. a bit annoying that there is no bulk change option but i will set it manually. would be nice if in group settings it would be also - easier to manage. Thanks again.

btw can i rebuild now bbcodes, and it will repair ow bbcodes in signatures?

i am trying to allow all things in "where can i use BBcode" without Signature, and when i save always 3 options on bottom of list menu "Topics and Replies", "Announcements", "Forum rules", are not marked as they should be.... a bug? how's at your forums ?
