[Suggestion] Some features in the manage languages

I ask this since IP.Board 3.0.0... the way it is today, if I translate an APP and upload XML, all language sets will be translated to that new language.

I ask this since IP.Board 3.0.0... the way it is today, if I translate an APP and upload XML, all language sets will be translated to that new language.

i tested with localhost (xampp) and i don't have problem... but if I try with my website the xml go to translate all languages pack.

test localhost =>

require edit of php.ini (max_input_time >= 90 & max_execution_time <= 30)

test website =>

test with package by 1mb(around)

no overwrite strings ... if you have edited the php.ini but more user/admins not make this! and on the screen appear the error of max_exec...
