i know this has been discussed before - but i thought i just bring this back to life :-"

i just tested this with 2.1 beta 4 (nice and smooth installation, no complains, looks great!)

members can vote in forums where they can not start/reply to topics.
since polls can be 'bumped' this is annoying if you want only a special group to be able to vote in polls in certain forums (imagine a moderators forum where members can't reply to topics but still can vote in the topics :unsure: )

so an additional permission setting would be nice :)

Would this be a feature request, or a bug report? Because I would think if you can't start/reply then you shouldn't be able to vote.

It could be added as an extra permission setting, it might be usefull in some situations... Not sure if its worth it though.
