Safari issue - "a problem repeatedly occurred"
How am I supposed to do that? The site has thousands of monthly users. This wasn't an issue before 5.0.

Safari issue - "a problem repeatedly occurred"
It's related to the site in my profile that is self-hosted. I don't know which release of Safari the users have, but I assume it's not the latest one. But this was never an issue before the update, since these users are regulars and never complained before.

Safari issue - "a problem repeatedly occurred"
After upgrading our forum software to 5.4.2 (self-hosted), we've had multiple users reporting having issues using the site on Safari. When they click on a forum topic or other page, it keeps reloading until giving an "a problem repeatedly occurred" error message:

What do you need more than Admin CP access? I have updated it. The issue is on my Invision Community Classic product, I also have a self-hosted forum.

Issue with sign-up process after updating to Invision v5.0.4
After clicking "Create My Account" you get sent to the index of the forum - no message saying that you should check your inbox to verify your email. However, if you refresh, the message will show. Also, the email is not getting sent. Please help.

Comment redirect links same despite updating to 4.7.19
Okay got it. What about the "All activity" feed that is under "/index.php?/discover/"? That one is still linking to all posts using the old redirect URLs. Same with links to comments from a users profile.

Comment redirect links same despite updating to 4.7.19
I have updated to 4.7.19 which should include an update that removes the unnecessary redirects on comment links. However, the links are the same after performing the update (self-hosted). What should I do?

Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications
I just updated to 4.7.19 but the redirected links are the same. Is this a setting I need to change in order to fix this issue?

How to avoid redirected comment URLs?
Hello. I have an issue with my Invision Community forum website, and that I am getting a huge amount of URLs in Google Search console that Google deems as "page with redirect". This is an issue from an SEO standpoint, as this wastes Google's crawl budget. It seems as if the major issue is the links to user's posts in the "Activity" feed. If you click a post/comment that has been done recently in that feed, the URL will look like this: forumdomain.com/index.php?/topic/12386-thread-name/&do=findComment&comment=244173 But it will instantly redirect to this: forumdomain.com/index.php?/topic/12386-thread-name/#comment-244173 Is there a way to remove this redirect and just link directly to the final URL?

Changing domain and 301 redirect?
Hello. I have a Invision Community forum that is hosed on Invision Community's platform. I am planning on migrating the whole forum to another domain. Is it possible to have a 1:1 301 redirect from the old URLs to the new URLs, so that Google and other crawlers can notice that the forum has changed domain? example: forum.old.com/ > forum.new.com/ forum.old.com/thread-3/ > forum.new.com/thread-3/ forum.old.com/post-1231231231/ > forum.new.com/post-1231231231/

Threads deleted, nothing showing in logs
You were actually right!! One of the threads were created by a user who for some reason got flagged as a spammer by a mod yesterday, resulting in his thread being deleted. Thanks alot!

Threads deleted, nothing showing in logs
One of the threads had been active for a long time with a lot of posts in it, the other one was created by a moderator. Can this really be the case?

Threads deleted, nothing showing in logs
2 different threads in my forums has been deleted. What's really weird is that it is not showing up in ModeratorCP under 'deleted' (I have it archived there for 30 days), and moderator/admin logs are not showing that anyone has deleted them. Does anybody know what could have happened?
