Feeling dumb.... I have set up monthly subscriptions and have no idea why some are set to expire.

I'm getting ready to migrate to IPS5, and I asked my preferred developer how I can continue displaying banners the same way I do with IPS4. He told me it's a problem because "IPS5 doesn't allow changes; there are no hooks anymore." On my IPS4 site, I have three banner categories: Two banners at the top of desktop pages (or one at the top and one at the bottom of mobile pages). Banners along the left edge of all forum pages. Banners between every few comments inside a discussion. This ad space is key to my business. Is it possible to configure an IPS5 site to do this? If you can do this work for me, please message me.

Is there any chance that there will be public sandbox instances? It would be nice to poke around in a sandbox without the whole process of setting up everything. I have not yet wrapped my head around what the migration means for my cloud site. There is not much custom on my site but there is a little. I am unsure if I need to hire a dev to get everything right or if I can wing it.
