    Thank you all!! Well, there’s a gremlin. I first tried again this morning, and the problem was still there. Just to be sure I cleared the System Cache again, and the problem was still there. I then deactivated ‘everything’ and the problem disappeared. I have now, one by one, reactivated each app and plugin, clearing the cache each time, and now it works, with everything re-activated?? Anyway, thanks for your help and I’ll revert if the problem persists.

    I broke something...
    I initially used the Commerce helpdesk. I then went external. Was not happy, came back inside.
    This morning when I set it up, it worked. When I added the support menu and clicked on it, it went to https://mydomain/support - Well, now it no longer does. It goes to the directory list as per the image.
    Any thoughts on what I did wrong? I admit, I did a couple of things on cPanel including deleting the old support system and also had deleted, and now re-entered a subdomain with support.mydomain...

    Never mind, I fixed it. I went into cPanel and turned OFF indexing. It now directs to the IPS support desk. Thx.
