[11.1] Wrong links in messages pagination

This was reported before and fixed. The bug is back:

Page 2 of a conversation:

https://www.sosinvision.com.br/index.php?/messenger/696/&page=2

After clicking on the link:

https://www.sosinvision.com.br/index.php?%2Fmessenger%2F696%2F=&page=2

then I’m redirected to the board index.
