How to test an application or plugin on version 5

Hello,

I want to move to version 5 but before I nee to recode my custom plugins and apps. My programmer will do it but we' don't have any running version 5 to test.

I can't upgrade to version 5 without testing my custom scripts.

How can we do that? Is there a way to have a version 5 to test? Otherwise how do other programmers do?

Thanks

Your programmer would test any third party applications on their own local development install. As you're on Cloud, if you want to have a test/staging environment, you may wish to reach out to Sales for more info.

Sales for more info? You can't tell me how to do that? Why sales? I don't want to buy anything, only to have the capacity to test things before I deploy it live.

Isn't there a free trial for 30 days? Can this be used to test before going live?

Not only that, how does anyone reach sales?

We do not have a test environment available on the cloud platform with your standard package, so you would indeed need to contact sales if you wanted a copy of your site to test on. This would indeed be something you would pay for if you wished to do so.

Sales can be reached on the contact form here

In terms of the trial, you could indeed test on a trial if you wanted to do that of course.
