How to create events on a trial

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Hope you're well. I am curious how I can go about making events in the trial version. I get an error code 2C137/3 when trying to make an event.

Thanks for any assistance,

The error message here would indicate that the user you are logged in as has no permission to create events. Could you let me know who you are logged in as, and which calendar you are trying to create an event in? I can then take a look for you

Thanks Marc,

I'm curious how I could set up an in person meeting with a support team? I'm located in Toronto.

Cheers,

John

Thanks,

As mentioned by my colleague, we provide only internet based support at the present time. As a cloud customer you can create a ticket from your client area, or you can post here for support as needed.

Is there something specific you are having issues with that I can assist with?

What cloud package do you have? If you have the Enterprise one you are entitled to Video Call Support.

I should have correctly said our retail offering does not have this. Of course, I checked
