Hello
After reinstallation of IPB 4.7.19, As an admin, I cannot access to pages blocks.
I can add blocks from system, forums, events and gallery. But no pages builder or announcement.
Could it be a matter of access rights or group management

Its likely you either dont have access to pages on the front end yourself, or pages is not installed. Have you checked the latter first of all?

I did not do the installation, but a subcontractor which is not available currently. So I am trying to solve my situation.
I don’t see pages in the list of applications. Is it the place where I am supposed to find it ?

That would indeed be the issue then. Check below that list. If its there, click on the + to install it. If its not, you need to upload a fresh set of files as you dont have all applications installed
