Personal messages : spliting messages into an existing personal conversation

Hello,

I have a very long conversation involving another person and myself. I could split one of the message from the existing conversation and create a new conversation from it. However, when I tried to split a second message from the first conversation and split it into the newly created conversation, this faile with the error message 

You do not have permission to moderate that personal conversation.

Why and how to solve that?

Have you ensured you have full moderator permissions on the front end? If so, please let me know your username, and the PM and I can take a look for you
