We recently had Invision migrate an old version of our forum into Invision's software.  We went through the test procedure and when photos weren't showing up, we were told that it was due to the fact that the database was not finished "indexing".  Now that indexing is complete there are still several photos not showing up.  Now we cannot communicate with their support via email, so I posting this here, hoping to reach some support representative with Invision and get them involved again to fix this issue.
