Has anyone run into this problem before?  When I try and create a new Ad, I do not have the widget to upload the file image.  I can click the "Upload smaller version" button and the widgets for the smaller images appear.  My existing Ads are working but I can't enter any newer ads.

I have tried with a clean .htaccess file and tried without an .htaccess file.  Nothing I've tried has helped so far.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any third-party applications/plugins? If so, I would recommend disabling those and testing again. 

Maybe this can help you, If you have uBlock Origin, disable it for your website.
I have this problem because uBlock Origin considers the area to be an advertisement.

That was the first thing I tried.

Evidentially, AdGuard does the same thing.  I had disabled filtering on the website but, it was still filtering in the Admin pages. That solved the problem.  Much Thanks.
