"E-mail support" is not working perfectly for me. E-mails from support are somewhat disappearing - I don't know where they are going, but I do not receive them - not in Spamfolder either, and my second e-mail adress need to be a member here on this site to have as an alternative contact in my client area. Now my own second e-mail adress is not allowed to register on this site - for whatever reason. 

Anyway - the reason for this topic is a suggestion - why don't Invision use the forums for support? They can clearly see my messages in the Test posting messages, (because sometimes they reply to it) so why don't you just have a forumsection with the right permissions to handle private support, so that only I and supportstaff can see what is written?
